“The room was amazing and spotless. Comfy bed, large shower with high water pressure and heat, sunroof? window to view the night sky. There is also an outside terrace by the hotel entrance. Gio was also a wonderful and diligent host who was supportive in providing advice for travel and key location; with the hotel located not far from the train station. The buffet had a variety of food, including cakes. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in this area.”

“I highly recommend a stay here. These are quiet and comfortable family-owned rooms set in Piano di Sorrento (about 4 km from the centre of Sorrento). It is a 6-minute walk from Piano train station. It has a large swimming pool set in a large garden with good parking. There is a small number of staff, so you will have to plan your needs. “On day 2, we were woken at 6am by the owner demanding access due to a water leak downstairs. Later the same day, we discovered the room was swarming with ants and whilst we were out sightseeing that day, the letting agent decided to simply turn our water off completely, leaving us with no shower, toilet, etc. We were then repeatedly contacted by the agent, wanting us to attend for repairs, etc. They did offer to move us to another apartment but in a completely different town and requiring a lot……

"The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "
